The project transforms the existing context by integrating a modern pool as a unifying element between the main residence and a newly constructed ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). The pool serves as a central feature, seamlessly connecting the two structures while enhancing the aesthetic and functional harmony of the site. A striking waterfall runs along the entire length of the pool, creating a dynamic and inviting focal point that elevates the welcoming atmosphere of the main residence. Designed with minimal excavation to preserve the natural terrain, the project adheres strictly to urban forestry code requirements, ensuring sustainability and environmental compliance. The landscape design balances modern elegance with ecological responsibility, promoting a cohesive and serene environment for the residents while respecting the surrounding urban fabric.
